Introduction

The ‘Geekay Mobile App’, ‘Geekay Rewards’ and ‘Geekay Websites’ (geekay.com, geekit-me.com) are the property of Geekay Group Companies, namely

We take appropriate measures to protect your personal and non-personal information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. However, no data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage system is guaranteed to be secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of your information and are not responsible for any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your information.

Data Management – Information Retention

We will retain the information provided by you unless you advise us to delete the same.

You can inform us of your intention to delete your data by:

• Writing a mail to [email protected]

We will take action to purge and delete the personal data/information from our database within 90 working days. An exception to this: To adhere to the Banking and other rules, Geekay shall keep any transactional data that happened on the Geekay Mobile App or Geekay Websites. Geekay will also keep the registration information, i.e., MSISDN, Date of consent gathering, Time of consent gathering, Channel type (web or app), Channel value (URL or app name), Digital ID (system generated I.D. or log or customer email I.D.). However, the deleted account membership will automatically expire, and Geekay will not contact the deactivated member for any Geekay app or website-related activities.

Changes to Privacy Policy

Geekay reserves the right to alter and/or change this policy at its discretion. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our mobile application and website. Your continued use of our services after such changes will signify your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

Member Declaration of Consent

By using the Geekay Mobile application or website, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal and non-personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. The same will apply to all information (collected directly or derived) collected across various Geekay platforms (Geekay Rewards Mobile Application, Geekay Websites, Geekay Feedback, or any other platform).
