DOA and Warranty Repair Policy
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy:
Devices are eligible for a DOA (Dead on Arrival) request if reported within 7 days from the invoice date.
Warranty Repair Policy:
- Any device reported beyond 7 days from the invoice date will be processed as a repair request.
- Devices will be submitted to the service center for inspection and repair under warranty.
- The service center will aim to return the repaired unit within 7 to 21 business days from the date the unit is received by the service center.
