Geekay XP are the loyalty points known as Experience Points; we call it XP.
How do I earn Geekay XP?
You can earn Geekay XP on every purchase on www.geekay.com or through the Geekay Rewards Mobile App, as well as at Geekay or Geek Nation stores.
- Web or app orders: Make sure your account is linked to the phone number used for registration. XP will be automatically added.
- In stores: Scan your mobile app barcode at the counter.
Where can I redeem my XPs?
You can redeem your XPs at Check out Page on www.geekay.com
I can see my earned XPs but why cannot I redeem them?
After you register on the Geekay App, you need to complete your Profile from the More Section of the App to unlock redemption.
What is the Currency value of 10 XP?
UAE: 10 XP = AED 1 |

If I am a Silver Tier Member, how are XPs calculated for me?
As a Silver Tier member, you earn 2% on Accessories, Merchandise, and Software, 0.50% on Hardware, Laptops, Computers, and PC Components, and 0.15% on Digital purchases. XP is calculated on the purchase amount excluding VAT.
If I am a Gold Tier Member, how are XPs calculated for me?
As a Gold Tier member, you earn 5% on Accessories, Merchandise, and Software, 0.75% on Hardware, Laptops, Computers, and PC Components, and 0.25% on Digital purchases. XP is calculated on the purchase amount excluding VAT.
If I am a Platinum Tier Member, how are XPs calculated for me?
As a Platinum Tier member, you earn 10% on Accessories, Merchandise, and Software, 1% on Hardware, Laptops, Computers, and PC Components, and 0.50% on Digital purchases. XP is calculated on the purchase amount excluding VAT.
