World Cup "Predict & Score"

The Geekay World Cup "Predict & Score" campaign (the "Promotion") will officially commence on 8th July 2026 and close on 19th July 2026 inclusive (the "Promotion Period").

The Promotion is valid across all physical Geekay retail store locations within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Sultanate of Oman, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Qatar, the State of Kuwait, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). It is concurrently applicable to online transactions executed via the official Geekay e-commerce web platform and the Geekay App.

Entry is open to all general retail consumers who complete a standard commercial product purchase in-store or online during the Promotion Period.

MANDATORY GEEKAY APP MEMBERSHIP: To successfully qualify and participate, customers must present, scan, and validate their official Geekay App profile at the point of checkout for physical store transactions, or be securely logged into their validated Geekay App account at the time of purchase for online transactions.

MANDATORY REGISTRATION RULE: Any customer who does not possess a registered Geekay App account at the time of the transaction must download the application and complete full user registration prior to completing their purchase flow to make the transaction eligible for entry.

There is no minimum invoice spend tier required to qualify for entry. Every unique transaction successfully validated through the account profile is eligible for exactly one prediction slot.

Employees of Geekay, its holding companies, corporate subsidiaries, legal affiliates, authorized agencies, and the immediate family members (defined as parents, spouses, siblings, and children) of such employees are strictly barred from participating to ensure campaign integrity.

IN-APP PREDICTION INTERFACE: Once a qualified transaction has been successfully completed in coordination with a validated Geekay App account profile, a dedicated promotional overlay modal ("Pop-Up") will instantly generate and appear inside the participant's Geekay App.

The participant must utilize the secure in-app pop-up interface to input and log their skill-based final scoreline prediction (e.g., 2-1) for that specific match day.

POP-UP AVAILABILITY WINDOW: The promotional prediction pop-up will remain available within the Geekay App for a maximum period of fifteen (15) minutes following its appearance. Participants must submit their prediction within this timeframe. Once the 15-minute period has elapsed, the pop-up will automatically expire and disappear, and no prediction can be submitted through that entry instance.

SYSTEM ENTRY HARD CUT-OFF: The digital prediction interface inside the application is configured to hard-lock and automatically close entry options exactly 5 (five) minutes prior to the official scheduled kickoff time of the respective football match. Retroactive submittals are technically impossible.

REGULAR TIME ONLY: Predictions apply strictly to the official final scoreline recorded at the end of regular match time (inclusive of standard 90 minutes of play and official referee stoppage/injury time). Extra-time periods, sudden-death goals, and penalty shootouts are explicitly excluded from score tracking metrics.

To safely manage promotional risk and reward distribution channels, there will be exactly 1 (one) single designated winner allocated per scheduled football match/day.

To enter the valid winner selection pool, a participant's submitted prediction must match the exact final regular-time scoreline of that specific match day.

LEGAL TIE-BREAKER MANDATE: In the event that multiple eligible consumers correctly predict the exact identical scoreline for the same match, Geekay will execute a randomized, system-audited digital draw among all verified correct predictors to select the single, final winner for that specific match.

If no participating consumer successfully submits the correct scoreline for a specific match day, no winner will be declared, and no prize points will be distributed for that match sequence.

The single validated winning participant of each match will receive a full 100% value refund corresponding directly to the total commercial value listed on their verified purchase invoice.

REWARD METHODOLOGY: Payouts will be issued exclusively in the form of Geekay Loyalty XP Points credited directly into the user account. No cash refunds, physical credit vouchers, cheques, or merchandise swaps will be issued under any circumstances.

SYSTEM CREDITING TIMELINE: Following rigorous post-match system logging and verification audits, winning reward points will be processed, deposited, and visibly updated inside the winner's registered Geekay loyalty profile account within 7 (seven) working days post-match.

Any physical product or retail invoice tied to a validated winning prediction is structurally ineligible for subsequent commercial cash refunds or item cancellations. Normal policy applies only to direct exchanges for verified factory-defective units.

Base commercial pricing for all products will remain entirely uninflated, constant, and completely unaltered throughout the duration of the promotion.

Geekay management reserves full legal rights to instantly disqualify any user profile found attempting to manipulate timestamps, forge invoice details, clone receipt references, or compromise the digital portal infrastructure. All decisions made in coordination with local economic departments are definitive and legally binding.
