Private Labeling of Branded Apparel
For customers seeking a low-cost, low-minimum screen print, embroidery,
or private-label alternative. Style Source can apply an existing design
to apparel,
or create custom styles. We can also private-label commodity apparel.
Custom Clothing Development
Style Source will create first samples from sketches or comp samples
and develop a custom product to your specifications. You must be ready
to order production upon sample approval to employ this service.
Costing Custom Clothing
In order to accurately cost your custom product, Style
Source will need detailed information on your requirements. Information
we need from you includes fabric type, desired colors, size range, label
type and placement, packaging requirements, and quantities.
Sampling Custom Clothing
Once a pre-cost has been approved, Style Source can begin work on first
samples. For each design, we will provide four samples, two for internal
testing and two for your review. First samples usually take between 14
and 21 business days to produce.
Production Specifications
To ensure that your custom clothing order is produced to your exact needs,
Style Source requires detailed production specifications, including information
on labels; buttons, snaps, and other fasteners; packaging; and any other
special requirements.
Production Process

stock textile production, non-stock textile production, markers, cutting,
and sewing. Also includes our overcut policy and ordering and delivery
information.
Value-Added Services
To minimize your time and effort, Style Source offers an array of
value-added options including
heat transfer,
screen
printing,
dyeing, washing, embroidery, and packaging services. We
monitor
and approve all production, and we will warrant your
entire product line.
